1,000 FTD in October

Warwin goes live in Argentina on 1 October. This is how we run the first three months: the terms you chose, the exact budget and the date of every payment, the affiliate program we run on your behalf, who delivers the traffic, and what has to be ready on both sides before the first click.

3 months, budget + fees

You fund the media budget and keep 100% of deposits and NGR. We run the program, pay the partners from the budget, and scale only the sources whose players actually deposit. October is committed; November and December are sized from October's cohorts.

Agreed terms · exact budget

What it costs, and when

The terms you chose, applied to the plan. All figures in USD.

Month 1 · October Agreed
10% of spend
No fixed fee in the first month. Our fee is 10% of the actual media spend.
From month 2 · November onward Agreed
$2,000 + 10%
$2,000 fixed plus 10% of actual spend. In any month the spend reaches $50,000, the fixed is waived and you pay 10% only.

How the budget is funded. 50% of the month's planned budget at the start of the month. At month-end, the other 50% is settled on actual spend, together with our fee on that actual spend. If a month comes in under plan, the month-end payment is smaller; if spend stays below the upfront half, the balance rolls into the next month. Spend never goes above the approved month without your written OK.

The three-month plan

Budgeted at ~$25 per FTD (October buys are planned at $23.6 plus a reserve, see Supply). October is committed. November and December are the plan: each is confirmed from the previous month's cohorts under the scale rules in the Program section, and can be sized up or down.

Sizing November and December

From month 2 the $2,000 fixed applies below $50,000 of spend. At 2,000 FTD the budget crosses $50,000 and the fixed drops away, so 2,000 FTD carries a lower fee ($5,000) than 1,900 FTD ($6,750).

The affiliate program

Your program, run by us

We source, contract, track, reconcile and pay every partner on your behalf. The rules below go into every deal in writing before a single link is issued.

01 · Deal types

How partners are paid

  • CPA per qualified FTD for every new partner: one Argentina rate per source
  • Hybrid (lower CPA + revenue share) only for proven SEO and streamer partners, only with your sign-off
  • Nothing paid for clicks or registrations
02 · Qualified FTD

What we pay for

  • First deposit of at least ARS 5,000 (proposed; set above your site minimum)
  • Inside 30 days of registration, on our own tracking link, with the click-id intact
  • Real play after the deposit; not reversed or charged back before reconciliation
03 · Never paid

Exclusions

  • Fraud, bots and multi-accounts (counted when both accounts deposited)
  • Self-excluded players, bonus abuse, deposits with no wagering
  • One-time minimum depositors with no activity, VPN or datacenter clusters, incentivised traffic, brand bidding
04 · Caps

How volume is controlled

  • Every partner starts on a test cap counted in FTDs, so the worst case is known before spend
  • No cap extension before day 7; decisions at day 14
  • Caps at most doubled per cycle; the month never exceeds your approved budget
05 · Payouts

Partner settlement

  • Reconciliation on the 15th, on your platform's player data
  • Partners paid in USDT from the media budget, after reconciliation
  • Minimum payout with carry-forward; every payout confirmed by transaction hash
06 · Brand safety

What we never do

  • 18+ mark and a responsible-gaming warning on every creative, in the format Argentina's 2026 ad rules require; no targeting of minors
  • Creatives and offers pre-cleared by your team; no promise the site does not show
  • Casino and mixed players first: in our experience, pure sports bettors are the lowest-value segment

Argentina rate card

Planning CPAs per source. Each partner's rate is fixed in writing at launch and reviewed at day 14 on what its players deposit. Blended across the October mix: ~$25.

SourceWhat it bringsMarket range · AR 2026Our planning CPATest cap
PPCPaid searchHigh-intent players, crash and cross keywords; deeper depositors$25 - 35$2750 - 100
UACGoogle UAC / in-appApp installs to deposit through partner apps; fast to scale$12 - 30$2050
FBFacebook / IG / TikTokVolume: slots and crash through Spanish PWA funnels$13 - 30$2240 - 50
ASOApp stores (ASO)Predictable, low variance; FTDs land 1-7 days after install$16 - 24$2050
SEOSEO and Telegram channelsCleanest traffic, longest tail, lowest fraud$18 - 40$3030
INFStreamers and influencersTrust and reach for crash and slots; tracked by promo code$50 - 60 guaranteed, or hybrid~$5025

Ranges are Argentina rates quoted or paid in our network over the past twelve months. We plan in the upper half: a brand with no conversion history pays new-brand rates until its players prove themselves, and a quality baseline costs a little more. You pay each partner's actual rate. If October comes in under plan, you choose: keep the difference, or buy more FTD inside the approved budget.

How every source earns more budget

We scale on what the players deposit, not on FTD counts. A partner controls its volume; the deposits are what you are buying.

Day 7

First read

Volume, cost per FTD against the deal, early deposit behaviour. No verdicts before day 7: early whale deposits often reverse.

Day 14

Decision

Scale, hold or stop. Bar: 25%+ of FTDs make a second deposit, VPN or datacenter share under 10%, cost per FTD inside the deal. Cohorts under 15 FTD get a low-confidence verdict.

Day 30

ROAS gate

100%+ keep scaling (cap ×2 max). 150%+ rate-up candidate. Below 100%: hold or cut.

Day 90

Maturity

Each source is judged against your own break-even ROAS, below. That decides the long-run mix.

The funnel check. If registration-to-deposit across all partners falls below 10%, the problem is the funnel, not the traffic. We slow spend and fix it with you before buying more: partners are never paid to fill a cashier that cannot take deposits.

Your break-even line

Deposits are not profit. A source pays for itself when its players' NGR covers the CPA plus our fee. That gives one simple line to manage to:

break-even ROAS = 110% ÷ your NGR share of deposits

Use the NGR share after payment costs. Tell us yours and we lock the long-run gate to it; if you prefer, we measure it on the October cohort and propose the gate in the November report.

Wave 1 is ten partners from our network who have run Argentina traffic or quoted Argentina rates this year. Thirteen more who have run or offered Argentina are on the bench for wave 2. Names stay confidential; every partner is contracted, capped and reported to you by source.

Wave 1 · 1 to 15 Oct

Test every source

  • All ten partners live on test caps, about 500 FTD in total
  • Paid search, UAC and ASO carry the first half while Facebook accounts are scarce
  • Daily spend and FTD line from day 1; no verdicts before day 7
Wave 2 · 16 to 31 Oct

Scale what works

  • Caps doubled for partners that clear the day-14 read
  • Bench partners replace anything that does not convert
  • A small streamer test (hybrid or guaranteed-FTD terms) once promo-code tracking is live

Why this mix. Facebook is normally the volume engine, but right now Argentine launches trigger ad-account reviews and working accounts are scarce. October therefore leans on paid search, UAC and ASO first, with Facebook scaling in wave 2 as accounts allow. Paid search costs more per FTD but typically brings deeper depositors. Streamers stay a small test: in our experience they cost more per FTD than any other source. No single source carries more than 30% of the month.
